Perfect match for a city break in Warham with great value. Enjoyed a nice evening watching films, despite the small TV.

The Deluxe Double Room with Bath featured solid, stylish fixtures that added character. The layout had a spacious feel, providing ample comfort for a couple’s retreat.
The persistent brightness of the 'exit' light above the bedroom door made it a challenge to adjust to sleeping at night. the restaurant had a few flies buzzing about, which is pretty typical for country dining but might be off-putting for some. Lastly, in the King Suite on the ground floor, even with the radiators off, the room stayed warmer than preferred, leading to open windows on the last night for relief.

central base for easy walks to stunning natural landmarks
I loved the spacious room and the superb food at the pub. The location made it easy to stroll to nearby warham camp which is just a few steps away and holkham national nature reserve only a short walk away for some beautiful park views.

missingWrote a review on 04 Septcomfortable beddingscenic gardeninviting atmospherelack of wi-fi
The Deluxe King Room features comfortable bedding and an inviting atmosphere, though a makeup table with better lighting would elevate the experience further. The location is a plus, with access to nearby attractions and a scenic garden perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent in the room, which can be a hassle for anyone wanting to stay connected. The room itself could use another chair. it felt sparse for a deluxe setup. we noticed quite a few flies inside the restaurant, which might bother some guests but can be managed by dining outside. The hotel’s age shows in minor maintenance issues, like tired towels that don’t live up to the quality expected from a deluxe experience. It's worth mentioning that noise from both the street and the restaurant can interrupt your peace, so light sleepers should be prepared.

Had a blast with friends! We explored the gorgeous Norfolk outdoors and enjoyed a fun day at Pensthorpe. The sheltered garden area was great for relaxing, with ample space for everyone, including our dog. The food was top-notch, especially the pies, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying longer to enjoy it all!
The carpet in our room had a few stains, which was a bit off-putting. we didn’t let it ruin our experience.
